Can't sign in?You can always sign in with an email link — tap “Forgot your password?” on the sign-in screen to set a new password, or leave the password blank and we'll email you a sign-in link.
Joining a team? Ask your coach for the team code, then enter it in the app under Programs → Enter invite code.
Your journal is private. Entries are encrypted and visible only to you — no one else can read them. See our Privacy Policy.
Want your data deleted? Delete your account anytime in the app under Profile → Delete account — it removes everything, permanently. No app, or a coach account? Use the account deletion page.
