Agreement

These terms govern your use of Mindset FC — the athlete mobile app, the coach dashboard, and our websites. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Mindset FC is operated by Enjoy Life Education Inc ("Enjoy Life Education", "we", "us"). This agreement is between you and Enjoy Life Education Inc.

The service

Mindset FC provides a structured mental performance curriculum for soccer teams: short daily training clips, private reflection prompts, and focus tools for athletes, with engagement visibility and program controls for coaches.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be 13 or older to use Mindset FC. You sign in with a link sent to your email address or with a password you set — keep access to that email and any password secure, and tell us if you believe your account has been used without permission. Team membership is managed by your coach.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempting to access data that is not yours, no probing or disrupting the systems, no abusive or unlawful content in any shared surface, and no use of the service outside its intended purpose.

Your content

Athletes own their journal reflections. We store them encrypted and use them only to provide the service to the athlete who wrote them — see the Privacy Policy. Coaches own the customizations they make to their program, and grant us the license needed to deliver that program to their team.

Our content

The curriculum, training clips, and Mindset FC branding belong to Enjoy Life Education Inc or its licensors. Your team license grants use within the program; it does not permit copying, redistributing, or reselling the content.

Not medical or mental-health care

Mindset FC is an educational program for athletic mental performance. It is not therapy, counseling, medical care, or mental-health treatment, and it does not monitor for or respond to crises. If you or someone you know needs help, contact a licensed professional — or in the United States, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), or 911 in an emergency.

Fees

Team licenses are agreed directly with your program or school. The athlete app is free for individual athletes at the level we make available.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time, and can request account deletion under the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

No guarantee of results; assumption of risk

Mindset FC teaches mental performance skills; outcomes depend on many factors we do not control, and we make no promises about athletic results, playing time, team selection, or performance.

Some exercises involve breathing techniques and focused physical stillness. They are gentle, but you use them at your own judgment: stop any exercise that feels wrong for you, and consult a qualified professional before use if you have a medical condition that could be affected.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enjoy Life Education Inc will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages — including lost data or lost opportunities — and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim (or one hundred dollars if nothing was paid). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnification

If you use the service in violation of these terms or applicable law and that use leads to a third-party claim against Enjoy Life Education Inc, you agree to indemnify us for the resulting losses and reasonable legal costs, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes and governing law

If we materially change these terms, we will update the effective date above and note the change in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
